Notes:
- This week’s new #1 country album is Brantley Gilbert’s Just As I Am, displacing Zac Brown Band’s Jekyll + Hyde. If you aren’t aware, Gilbert just released a new platinum bonus edition version of the album, hence why it reached #1 a year after the original being released.
- Just As I Am is also this week’s biggest gainer, moving up 21 spots from #22 to the top spot.
- Kelsea Ballerini and her new album The First Time debuts at #4 on the chart.
- Little Big Town’s Pain Killer album moved up four spots to #6 on the chart.
- Tyler Farr’s new album Suffer In Peace fell five spots to #11.
- The critically acclaimed debut album, Traveller, from Chris Stapleton fell eight spots to #12.
- The collaboration album Traveling Kind from duo Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell fell from #8 to #17.
- NOW That’s What I Call ACM Awards: 50 Years fell five spots to #19.
- The biggest loser of the week was the soundtrack Nashville: The Music Of, Season 3: Vol. 2 album, which fell 19 spots from #3 to #22 this week.
Oh Josh. Jon Pardi EP actually came up just short and landed at #26. Good debut for Kelsea. Given her label is Black River. Usually their albums sell terrible the fact Kelsea got a Top 5 debut is impressive. I’m surprised Darius is still in the Top 15 figured he’d drop off right now given his song Southern Style is struggling.
